Terms and conditions of sale
To purchase items from SillyPrat.com online shop, you need to register as a customer. All information sent during the registration process is encrypted and the shop is secured using COMODO Secure. You can review and update your customer information at any time using your login and password. Any orders can also be tracked by logging in to your account.
When you place an order, you will be sent an acknowledgement email stating the order number, date and time of order, billing and postage information, goods ordered, sub total, shipping cost and grand total. Although the email will state method of payment (for example, credit card) it will not include the card details you have supplied for security reasons.
Contracts are concluded in English and are subject to the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
Contract Information
All orders made by you through the SillyPrat.com Web site are subject to acceptance and availability. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason. Prices of products are correct at the time of entering information; however, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
For the avoidance of doubt, no contract will exist between you and SillyPrat.com for the sale by SillyPrat.com to you of any product unless and until SillyPrat.com sends you an e-mail confirming that it has dispatched your product.
Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000
You have a 7 day period starting the day after taking delivery of the goods, to cancel your order. It is your responsibility to return the unwanted goods to us at your own expense. All refunds will be made within 30 days of the cancellation, however, should the goods not be received by us then a deduction will be made from the refund to cover the cost of collecting the goods. After taking delivery of the goods, if you wish to cancel your order, they must be returned to us in an unopened resalable condition. If any goods are not in stock, you will be contacted and can advise us if you wish to cancel, take an alternative or wait for stock. You will be sent an e-mail with written confirmation of your order when placing the order on-line.
Please enclose your name and address, the reason for returning the item, and your preferred course of action - for example, replacement, credit note or refund.
None of the above terms and conditions affect your statutory rights.
